We are seeking an experienced Manager Accounts cum Finance to oversee the accounting and financial operations of the organization. The role requires managing accounts, taxation, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting operations using Tally ERP.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Handle VAT, Service Tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounts staff.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and general accounting principles.
- Proficient in VAT, Service Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
