The Manager- Accounts and Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing budgets, financial forecasting, and conducting financial analysis. The role will involve managing accounting operations, auditing, and implementing cost control measures. The candidate will work closely with leadership to optimize the company's financial health and ensure accurate reporting of financial performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

• Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and preparation of financial statements
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control management
• Advanced experience with auditing processes and regulatory compliance
• Excellent skills in analyzing financial data and developing actionable insights
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus
• Experience in managing financial operations in a fast-paced corporate environment
