Job Description

As Manager , Accounting, you will manage a high-impact team responsible for US GAAP accounting for multiple global entities.Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the month-end close cycle to ensure timely, accurate US GAAP reporting
  • Maintain strong internal controls aligned with company policies, SOX requirements, and global accounting standards
  • Stay current on evolving accounting standards and embed necessary updates into processes and policies
  • Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy

The Successful Applicant

You are a seasoned accounting professional with strong technical expertise, people leadership, and a passion for transformation.

You should bring:

  • Qualifed CA
  • 8-10 years of experience in accounting within large MNCs - ideally Software/SaaS and Shared Services
  • Proven experience managing high-performing teams
  • Strong expertise with large ERPs
  • Strong analytical, project management, and multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working across time zones and global stakeholder groups
  • A change champion who challenges the status quo and drives continuous improvement
