Job Description

Area wise planning and organization of production and packing activities in Nutraceutical I and II.
To get the training, train the subordinate and workman as and when required.
To execute activities machine wise in Nutraceutical I and II.
To ensure online documents and review of daily assessment form of subordinates.
Handling of SAP HANA related work to make indent and follow up for requirements of Nutraceutical I and II.
Co-ordination with QA/QC/Store/Engg. Department for smooth functioning of Production and Packing activities Nutraceutical I and II.
To check and make availability of machine as per PM schedule.
To do and provide guidance for the documentation as per cGMP/SOP/BMR/Qualification as per GDP.
To impart various trainings sessions to Juniors, Officers, Technicians, Workers on GMP, SOPs and EHS.
To handle and resolve any deviation and abnormality related to production and packing of Nutraceutical I and II.
Supervising the work of junior staff.
To assign the target and to get the feedback of self as well as subordinates in each shift.
Man power allocation and utilization in the Production and Packing department of Nutraceutical I and II.
To fulfillment daily production target and report.
To implement the corrective and preventive action as and when required for compliance.
To handle and solve day to day issues and problem related to product and productivity.
To ensure the whole area and machines are under control and presentable.
To maintain the discipline and punctuality among the colleagues / subordinates / workman.
To report any deviation and abnormality of any type.
To investigate the events and incidents.
To ensure optimum inventory level of spare and change parts for various machines.
Monitor Production to resolve issues.
Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc
Enforce health and Safety precautions.
Ensure output meets quality standards.
Determining Quality Control standards.
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production and packing Equipments of Nutraceutical I and II.
Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc)
