Job Summary
Branded and NCE portfolio
Management of the branded portfolio from IP perspective
Job Profile: Managing and supervising-
NCE Portfolio:
- Life Cycle management of NCE portfolio from IP perspective including competition tracking
- Ensuring FTO of in-house NCEs
- Supervising Search and analysis- in NCEs and related competition
- Agreement review including CDA, IITs, MSA, MTA etc.
- Performing validity analysis of blocking patents
Branded Portfolio:
- Life Cycle management of branded portfolio from IP perspective including competition tracking
- IP support for out-licensing projects
- Agreement review including CDA, IITs, MSA, MTA etc.
- Freedom to operate for in-house branded portfolio
- Opportunity identification for APIs and formulations
- Performing validity analysis of blocking patents
Due Diligence For In-licensing/out-licensing Opportunity:
- IP due diligence for technologies and products for in-licensing
- IP support for out-licensing projects
- Agreement review related to in-licensing/out-licensing opportunity.
Product Opportunity Identification:
- Opportunity identification for APIs and formulations
- Generation of ideas for new projects
- Identifying new opportunities for in-licensing
