Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Soft Skills Trainer who is also skilled in sales and admissions counseling. The ideal candidate should be a motivational speaker, passionate about guiding students, and capable of conducting engaging soft skills and motivational sessions in schools. This role combines training expertise with relationship-building and sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Motivational Speaking & School Sessions
- Deliver inspiring motivational talks and workshops in schools to engage and encourage students.
- Represent the organization confidently during school visits, seminars, and events.
- Build rapport with school administrators, teachers, and student groups.
2. Soft Skills Training
- Conduct interactive training sessions for students on communication, personality development, leadership, teamwork, etiquette, goal setting, and related soft skills.
- Design training materials, lesson plans, and assessments tailored to different age groups.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
3. Admissions & Sales
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, career options, and admission processes.
- Achieve admissions targets through follow-ups, presentations, and relationship-building.
- Participate in education fairs, school campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
4. Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, institutions, and educational stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
- Promote the organization in all external interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Post Graduation degree in any field (Education, English, Psychology, or Management preferred).
- Proven experience as a trainer, motivational speaker, or counselor.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with students and speak confidently to large groups.
- Sales experience in admissions, counseling, or educational services is an advantage.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel for school sessions and outreach programs.
