AssociateVarsityX is building India's most rigorous AI education platform for high schoolers — starting with the AI Research Scholars Program at Vasant Valley School. This role owns the product, the program, and the partner network that makes it real.

◈ PRODUCT & PROGRAM
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the AI Research Scholars Program — session coordination, industry partner scheduling, student outcomes, and iterative curriculum improvement
- Act as the product owner for the VarsityX school platform — translating pedagogical design into structured, scalable program artefacts (syllabi, session kits, rubrics, partner briefs)
- Work with the CXO showcase model: brief industry partners, prep session structure, and ensure every See → Know → Do → Reflect cycle lands as designed
- Track student cohort performance, engagement data, and capstone quality — build feedback loops that improve each trimester
- Support expansion from Vasant Valley to the next 3–5 school partners — documenting what works and what scales
◈ STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
- Manage and deepen relationships with 3–4 industry partners per cohort (FinTech, AgriTech, Conversational AI, Generative AI) — multi-session engagement, not one-off appearances
- Identify and onboard new CXO/CTO-level partners willing to commit real time to the program; build and maintain the partner pipeline
- Coordinate Google GCP partnership and masterclass integration within the curriculum
- Build the network of academic collaborators — faculty from Ivy League, IIMs, IITs — for the research showcase and paper review tracks
- Develop partner value propositions: what AI companies get from being in the classroom (talent pipeline, brand, research access)
◈ MARKETING & SOCIAL
- Own VarsityX's social media presence — LinkedIn, Instagram — building a content engine around student stories, industry partner spotlights, and program milestones
- Plan and execute events: school kickoff events, capstone showcases, parent briefings, and AI education roundtables
- Build the marketing pipeline for school adoption — case studies, impact reports, and outreach to school leadership and parent communities
- Create program collateral (decks, one-pagers, digital assets) for school pitches, partner onboarding, and media
- Amplify the AI Research Scholars brand: student publications, Ivy League presentations, and competition wins as proof points

IDEAL PROFILE
Tier 1 graduate (IIT / IIM / top liberal arts / equivalent) with genuine curiosity about education, AI, and institution-building. You've led something — a club, a project, a team — and have the receipts to show it. You're as comfortable in a classroom briefing a CTO as you are building a content calendar.

◈ US MARKET · THOUGHT LEADERSHIP & GTM
- Build and execute the US go-to-market strategy for Wisdom Tree's AI consulting practice — targeting enterprise buyers in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, and Technology sectors
- Own the Meaningful Conversations thought leadership platform — commissioning, editing, and distributing content that positions Wisdom Tree as a US enterprise AI authority
- Develop the US partner outreach playbook: identify hyperscalers, system integrators, and enterprise AI buyers; build qualified pipeline through warm introductions and content-led engagement
- Craft and distribute LinkedIn and long-form content targeting US CIO, CISO, CDO, and Chief AI Officer audiences — the exact personas from the AI Summit framework
- Support Wisdom Tree leadership in US conference positioning, panel participation, and webinar-led demand generation
◈ INDIA MARKET · AI COMPANY NETWORK
- Build a curated network of India-based AI companies — startups and scale-ups — that can serve Wisdom Tree's enterprise clients across governance, data, compliance, and deployment layers
- Evaluate AI startups against the enterprise-readiness framework: team depth, pilot experience, governance scaffolding, and integration readiness
- Manage the AI company pipeline for VarsityX's school program: matching the right CXO showcase partners (FinTech, AgriTech, NLP, Generative AI) to the right cohorts
- Build a structured partner ecosystem — know who does what, at what stage, for which enterprise use case — and keep it current
- Identify co-creation and co-GTM opportunities between Wisdom Tree's consulting practice and India-based AI product companies
◈ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Own the full BD lifecycle: identify leads → qualify → outreach → first meeting → proposal support → CRM tracking (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Build AI-powered lead generation and partner segmentation workflows; evaluate and pilot BD automation tools
- Maintain and grow Wisdom Tree's CRM — ensuring partner data, engagement history, and pipeline stage are always current
- Prepare strategic proposals, capability decks, and partner briefing materials for US and India opportunities
- Report BD pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and thought leadership impact to leadership weekly
