Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee .SQL Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SQLbased data solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and application needs. This role involves building and maintaining ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, and improving workflow performance across systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

  • Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to support data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and loading.

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.

  • Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and performance tuning measures for reliable pipelines.

  • Collaborate with BI, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient and secure data flow.

  • Monitor database performance and proactively resolve issues related to indexing, query execution, or storage.

  • Create documentation, data dictionaries, and technical specifications for new or enhanced data processes.

  • Support migration initiatives, system upgrades, and the integration of new data sources.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree.

  • Strong experience in SQL & Relational Database.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, indexing).

  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

  • Knowledge of ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory & Databricks.

  • Stored procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.

  • Understanding of data modeling concepts (ER diagrams, normalization).

  • Basic exposure to data warehousing, star/snowflake schema.

  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD basics for data processes.

  • Experience with debugging, profiling, and optimizing ETL pipelines.
