Role And Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Manage recruitment records with detailed data tracking.
- Contact HRs of various companies to explore new client opportunities.
- Post job requirements on social media platforms and track responses.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience by maintaining proactive communication.
- Drive initiatives that improve candidate experience and employer branding.
- Provide innovative strategies for attracting top talent.
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and feedback.
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure seamless onboarding.
Qualification & Requirements
- Graduation from any stream is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Solid understanding of profit and loss concepts.
- Highly goal-oriented and committed to achieving targets.
