We're looking for Management Trainees!

Role And Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Manage recruitment records with detailed data tracking.
  • Contact HRs of various companies to explore new client opportunities.
  • Post job requirements on social media platforms and track responses.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience by maintaining proactive communication.
  • Drive initiatives that improve candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Provide innovative strategies for attracting top talent.
  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and feedback.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure seamless onboarding.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Graduation from any stream is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Solid understanding of profit and loss concepts.
  • Highly goal-oriented and committed to achieving targets.
