About the Role

We're looking for motivated and career-driven graduates to join our Management Trainee Program an intensive pathway that provides hands-on experience across sales, marketing, leadership, and business operations.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to learn from the ground up, develop leadership capabilities, and fast-track their career in business management.

What You'll Do

• Learn and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Build and manage client and customer relationships
• Work alongside senior mentors to develop leadership and management skills
• Participate in team training, goal setting, and performance reviews
• Take on increasing responsibility ranging from recruitment, training, team management and public speaking as you progress throughout the programme.
