Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee - Sales, based in Gurugram. The individual will be responsible for learning and managing sales processes, building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, and assisting in the development of strategies to drive business growth. On a daily basis, the role will include client interactions, understanding product offerings, preparing sales pitches, managing proposals, and coordinating with various teams to achieve sales targets. The candidate will be developing skills for potential leadership roles within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of sales basics including lead generation, client engagement, and business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to quickly learn technical product specifications
  • Basic knowledge of market analysis and understanding of customer needs and trends
  • Competency in using MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Educational qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
  • Prior internship or experience in sales, business development, or a related field is advantageous
