Responsibilities and Duties:

● Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure

● Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits

● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

● Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with customers

● Generate leads through market research and competitor analysis

● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems

● Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies

● Handle customer objections and ensure successful conversion

● Follow up rigorously with prospects to close deals efficiently

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in B.Tech ( preferred)

● Proven 1+ years of experience in hardcore/field sales or business development

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

● Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

● Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings

● Self-driven, aggressive, and result-oriented mindset
