Management Trainee

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee located in Pune. The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting in sales and marketing initiatives, supporting project execution, collaborating with team members to optimize sales processes, and gaining hands-on experience across various operational functions. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing reports, and engaging directly with clients to build and maintain relationships. Candidates will work closely under professional mentorship to acquire knowledge and skills essential for career advancement within the real estate sector.

• Proficiency in sales and marketing, with an understanding of strategies for lead generation and client acquisition

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is considered an advantage
