About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee/Intern to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about building a career in sales. This role will provide hands-on experience in lead generation, client interaction, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new leads.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM, and documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-up communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
- Learn and understand company products/services to effectively present them to clients.
- Work towards weekly/monthly targets under the guidance of senior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Freshers or final-year students pursuing graduation/post-graduation are encouraged to apply.
