About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the company's vision, mission, and business objectives
• Manage and update client records and communication history in the CRM system
• Initiate contact with potential leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Handle callback requests and follow up with prospects regularly
• Provide clear and engaging explanations of our courses and services
• Convert interested leads into active, satisfied customers
• Learn and apply relevant tools, especially CRM software, for daily operations
  
  

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Comfortable with virtual communication and client interaction
• Must own a personal laptop and have a reliable Wi-Fi connection
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to manage tasks independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
