Key Responsibilities

• Support sales target achievement and team coordination.
• Assist in product and sales training activities.
• Conduct market visits and support retail/store operations.
• Execute retail branding and marketing activities.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Prepare basic reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in presentations, hosting, and public speaking.
• Leadership mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to engage effectively with teams and retailers.
• Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel and work across Tamil Nadu.
