.Performing line-item adjustments (LIAs) to assess payments and charges to pharmacies related to legal settlements, penalties, and adjustments to outstanding pharmacy balances
.This position involves close collaboration with pharmacy audit teams, pharmacy networks, and SS&C business partners to reconcile claim-level support prior to LIA assessment.
.Reviewing and processing LIA requests, extracting, analysing, and reconciling claims data for template submission
.Creating and uploading claims templates, and resolving discrepancies
.The role also involves financial verification, testing with the claims processor.
.Researching and resolving issues and providing financial reporting and support to management and business partners.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
. Education level required: bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
. Should have Basic SQL knowledge to write basic queries, modify existing queries and fetch information from different tables
. Soft skills: Professional email writing skills, professional business telephone conversations
. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
. Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis techniques.
. Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions and negotiate effectively.
. Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
Skills Required:
.Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel is required.
.Should have Basic SQL knowledge to write basic queries, modify existing queries and fetch information from different tables.
