Management Trainee

We are seeking highly motivated fresh engineering graduates with a strong technical foundation to join our dynamic team. As a Management Trainee, you will work on real-world engineering challenges, apply your academic knowledge to practical scenarios, and contribute to innovative projects.

How you will make an impact

• Design & Development:Work on CAD modeling, simulation, and prototyping of engineering systems.
• Software & Tools:Utilize industry-standard software such as MATLAB, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, or relevant programming languages (Python, C++, Java).
• System Integration:Assist in integrating hardware and software solutions to optimize performance.
• Testing & Validation:Performstructural, thermal, and reliability testingof components, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Data Analytics & Optimization:Use statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to enhance system efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging:Diagnose and resolve technical issues in product design, manufacturing, or software development.
• Documentation & Reporting:Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and engineering insights.

Your background

• BE/ B.Tech in Electrical and Mechanical
• A min of 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th & Graduation (accumulated score)
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English language
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and ability to prioritize effectively in a demanding environment
• Shadowing and working with individuals within various organizational roles, learning complex skills and inner company comprehension, including but not limited to site experience, product training and mentorship program work
• Demonstrating a high technical comprehension, including strong aspects of a conceptual and analytical mindset, proving an ability to innovate and improve processes where necessary.
• Maintaining a close and strong relationship with all colleagues and stakeholders, showing a true ability to lead and motivate others.
• Proving a high-level comprehension of the company's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility where applicable, typically achieving discipline within a given role after approximately twelve months. For emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Robotics, or Advanced Manufacturing.
