Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated candidates to join our team as a Management Trainee – Marketing. The candidate will support the marketing team in research, lead management, CRM updates, and other marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
• Prepare and update customer and prospect databases.
• Collect company and contact information through online research.
• Update and maintain lead details in the CRM.
• Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Support the team in managing enquiries and leads from events and campaigns.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain marketing data.
• Research competitors and market trends.
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams in daily activities.
• Learn and use CRM and other marketing tools.
• Participate in training and team activities.
• Suggest ideas to improve marketing processes.
  
  

Requirements

Education:

Graduation (B.B.A, B.Com)

Required Skills

• Freshers are welcome.
• Students from the marketing discipline are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good team-player with a positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
  
  

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of CRM, digital marketing, or lead generation will be an added advantage.

Commitment

2 years of commitment with the organization.
