Role Description

As a Management Trainee for F&B Training, you will gain hands-on experience in delivering trainings at different outlets on a daily basis on various topics like excellent customer service, standards of food quality and hygiene, and managing inter departmental coordination. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality from a reputed institute (IHM/IIHM) or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Keen interest in entering the L&D department with a dedicated growth path to a F&B Trainer role (within 6-9 months, based on performance)
  • Basic Culinary Skills to conduct training on menu knowledge & SOP adherence.
  • Leadership and organizational abilities to guide teams and maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Recent graduate or 1-3 years experience in the food & beverage industry or hospitality is a plus.
