About The Program
The Management Training Program at Evolve Back Resorts is our flagship initiative to identify, nurture, and develop exceptional talent for operations-level leadership roles. This 18-month program offers comprehensive exposure to resort operations, preparing trainees for accelerated career growth within the luxury hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured training across all operational departments.
Assist in daily resort operations and guest service excellence.
Learn and apply Evolve Back Resorts standards and procedures.
Take ownership of projects and assignments to enhance guest experiences.
Prepare for future leadership roles within the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Class X: Minimum 60%
Class XII: Minimum 60%
BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management): Minimum 60%
Age: Less than 23 years as on 1st May 2026.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for luxury hospitality and willingness to relocate across properties.

Upon successful completion of the 18-month program, Management Trainees who meet performance standards will be appointed as Assistant Managers (or equivalent). With consistent high performance, candidates will be on a fast-track growth path to General Manager/Resident Manager roles.
