Job Description:

1. Responsible for conceptualisation, creation and execution for all marketing campaigns.

2. Social Media Marketing and Management.

- Managing all social media platforms.

- Scheduling and posting social media campaigns and updates.

3. Email marketing. Setting up and designing email and newsletter campaigns.

4. CRM & Database management.

5. Organising Webinars & Events.

6. Reporting and analysing of campaign results and analytics.

7. The role will be reporting to Director, Rustik Travel Ventures.

Requirements:

1. Graduate or Postgraduate with Degree/Diploma preferably in Advertising/Media ad/or in Tourism/Travel Management from an approved University including deemed university, IITTM, Institutions approved by AICTE or Basic certificate holder of IITFC.

Someone who likes to travel and is looking to build a career in the industry, and growing with Rustik Travel.

2.0-1 years experience in social media marketing and/or marketing communications.

3. Familiarity and hands-on knowledge of social media marketing platforms, tools and trends and esp. AI.

4. Design and copywriting skills.

- Familiarity with various design tools such as Canva, and/or video/audio editing softwares preferable.

- Writing copy for campaigns, social media posts.

5. Familiarity of email and database marketing concepts and tools. Knowledge of CRM tools would be an added advantage.

6. Analytical skills to report and analyse marketing campaigns and related data.

7. Is flexible and has the attitude to go beyond the brief and learn new skills.

Good oral and written communications skills.

8. Hardworking and sincere.
