We are seeking dynamic and high-potential individuals to join us as Management Trainees. This role offers structured and rigorous on-the-job training designed to provide comprehensive exposure to gold loan operations, branch management, compliance, customer service, and business development within the financial services industry.
1.Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to branch managers within the cluster, setting clear expectations and objectives to drive performance.
2.Performance Management:Monitor branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
3.Training and Development:Identify training needs within the cluster and coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of branch staff.
4.Customer Satisfaction:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing escalated issues promptly and implementing customer-centric initiatives.
5.Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, regional managers, and local communities, to support business growth and brand reputation.
Qualifications :& Eligibility ::
Post Graduate inMBAfrom a recognized university from TIER 1 COLLEGE / B SCHOOL
(Preference may be given to candidates with MBA / PGDM in Finance, Marketing, Operations)
