Job Summary

We are looking to hire CA-qualified freshers who have completed their articleship with Big 6 firms. The role offers exposure across core finance functions including financial reporting, compliance, and business finance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead financial accounting., viz. P2P cycle, O2C cycle or capitalization cycle
  • Assist in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing activities
  • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Work on direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reports
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data and insights
  • Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher
  • Articleship experience with Big 6 firms preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Basic knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, compliance)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an added advantage
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and learning mindset.
