About the Role
The AGP Fast-track Leadership (AFL) Program is designed for ambitious candidates who want to build a career in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
This program offers hands-on field exposure, structured training, and fast-track growth opportunities, where you will learn to manage clients, understand market dynamics, and eventually lead a team.
Program Structure Phase 1: Business Development Trainee (06 Months)
- Visit schools and interact with Principals and decision-makers
- Pitch AGP offerings and onboard schools for Teacher Workshops
- Learn relationship building and institutional sales
Phase 2: Business Development Executive (612 Months)
- Follow up with clients and close target-driven activities
- Execute ATL & BTL marketing strategies
- Strengthen school partnerships and expand market reach
Phase 3: Senior Business Development Executive (After 12 Months)
- Manage a team of trainees/executives
- Run regional campaigns and generate demand
- Build strong networks with schools, retailers, and distributors
Key Responsibilities
- Understand AGP's product portfolio and market positioning
- Build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions
- Conduct regular field visits (B2B interactions)
- Maintain daily updates in the CRM system
- Collect market feedback and identify growth opportunities
- Support training and quality checks of on-ground teams
- Travel across cities for business expansion
Skills Required
- Strong interest in Sales & Business Development
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and target-driven personality
- Ability to build relationships and handle clients
- Willingness to travel extensively (100% field role)
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience can apply
- Comfortable with field work and client interaction
