Job Description

Job Purpose:

The incumbent will be part of the Business Development (Bidding) team in the Assurance Division, assisting the team in the bid filing process.

Role Responsibilities:

Assisted senior staff in managing the organization's bidding processes.

Prepared tender documentation including requirements, analysis, submissions, and supporting documents for both online and offline tenders.

Managed the technical and financial bidding procedures.

Ensured all required documentation and compliance requirements were fulfilled for each tender.

Tracked and identified new tender opportunities from various websites based on relevant company keywords.

Attended tender openings and pre-bid meetings when required.

Followed up on submitted tenders until the final result declaration.

Monitored and followed up on submitted Earnest Money Deposits (EMD) related to tenders.

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in word, excel, power point.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or Arts (B.A) from a recognized university.
