About The Role
We're seeking management instructors to help evaluate AI systems trained on organizational behavior, leadership, and decision-making.

- Location: Remote
- Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract
- Compensation: $35-70 /hour
- Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review management and leadership scenarios used in AI training.
- Evaluate reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure.
- Identify unrealistic assumptions or weak decision logic.
- Provide structured feedback to improve managerial reasoning.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior and management theory.
- Able to clearly evaluate decision-making and tradeoffs.
- Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and recommendations.
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management.
- Industry leadership or operations experience.
- Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows.
