Job Description: Management Trainee (Internship).
Your Role:
As a trainee, you will be the vital link connecting our transformative platform with ambitious students and parents. You will receive hands-on training in professional telesales, directly contributing to our mission by driving admissions for our flagship programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound calls to potential students/parents, introducing Xylem's advantages for NEET & JEE prep.
- Articulate our program benefits clearly, addressing concerns and building trust.
- Nurture leads through the decision-making journey to successful enrollment.
- Diligently update the CRM system with interaction notes and lead status.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and refine outreach approaches.

- Exceptional communication and convincing interpersonal skills.

- A keen interest in the education sector, especially competitive exams.
- A current student or recent graduate eager to learn sales fundamentals.
- Basic proficiency in English and the regional language.
