Job Summary
The MIS / ERP Data Analyst will manage, validate, analyze, and automate data flows across retail fashion operations. The role supports Sales, Merchandising, Production, and Store Operations through accurate MIS reporting, ERP data management, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate, clean, and standardize high-volume data from ERP, POS, Google Sheets, and store logs to ensure accuracy and consistency across retail operations.
- Analyze business performance metrics, including category-wise sales, Stock performance, sell-through, stock ageing, replenishment cycles, material usage, and production timelines.
- Create dynamic MIS dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, PivotTables, Power Pivot, Query).
- Build automated Excel processes using Macros, VBA, and Power Query for data transformation, Stock-level consolidation, and recurring MIS generation.
- Prepare Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Inventory, and Product MIS reports aligned with fashion retail KPIs.
- Develop and maintain Google Workspace systems (Sheets, Forms, Docs) for store data inputs, production tracking, GRN logs, vendor updates, and product development workflows.
- Use Google Apps Script to automate activities such as data imports, email alerts, scheduled reporting, and validation checks.
- Coordinate with Stores, Merchandising, SCM, Production, Finance, and Marketing teams to collect information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
- Support ERP, including SKU creation, BOM updates, purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, and production tracking.
- Maintain structured data repositories, documentation, and standardized reporting templates.
