Management Information System Executive

Position: MIS Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support data management, reporting, and analytics for our retail operations. A candidate with prior experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for retail operations.

Perform data validation, consolidation, and analysis to support management decision-making.

Generate dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries using advanced Excel functions.

Coordinate with store teams and regional managers to collect accurate and timely data.

Identify reporting inconsistencies and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Assist in forecasting, sales trend analysis, and productivity reports.

Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of data at all times.

Support the operations team with ad-hoc reports and analytical requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query).

Strong analytical and numerical ability.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce/Statistics/Business Administration or relevant field.

24 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or operations support.

Retail industry experience is highly preferred.

Knowledge of ERP systems, POS data, or retail MIS reporting formats is a plus.
