Role Overview

We are looking for an MIS Executive to own lead management, performance reporting, data reconciliation, and automation initiatives end-to-end.

This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role where you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining reporting consistency, supporting daily operational workflows, and enabling data-backed decision-making across teams. You will serve as a key support function for business performance tracking, ensuring timely delivery of reports, clean data pipelines, and streamlined processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with advanced Excel expertise, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily operational deadlines efficiently while continuously identifying opportunities to improve reporting systems and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead & Assignment Management

• Manage daily lead assignments received from Operations
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of leads to respective teams

2. Reporting & Tracking

• Prepare and circulate daily performance reports
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of all metrics

3. Sales Support

• Validate and analyse data for effective decision making

4. Process Support & Automation Assistance

• Assist in enhancing lead assignment logic
• Support report automation initiatives
• Identify gaps in manual processes and suggest improvements

Must-Have Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in MIS or a related role
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros preferred)
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong data handling, validation, and reconciliation capabilities
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
• Ability to work under strict daily operational deadlines
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability

Good to Have / Preferred:

• Experience in process automation and reporting optimization
• Strong coordination and cross-functional communication skills
• Process-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to identify efficiency gaps and recommend improvements
