Mid-Day is looking for MIS Executive who can ensure accurate and timely execution of print order management, circulation data processing, distributor coordination, financial entries, and reporting across all publications, supporting smooth circulation operations and decision-making.
Responsibilities
1) Print Order Management
- Upload daily print orders for all publications on the MOIS system accurately and within timelines.
- Coordinate continuously with Zonal Heads for revisions in print orders.
- Ensure print orders are finalized and dispatched to press on time.
- Generate and verify error-free print orders daily with clear remarks on increase or decrease in supply.
2) Distributor & Agency Accounting
- Enter agency-wise unsold data accurately into the system.
- Process agency-wise payment entries on a regular basis.
- Pass adjustment entries as and when required, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
3) Unsold & Outstanding Management
- Maintain and reconcile unsold reports received from local and upcountry distributors.
- Ensure daily updation of vendor and client outstanding balances in the system.
- Monitor discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
4). Scheme & Special Supply Data Management
- Prepare and maintain detailed data for School Scheme copies for TQ and INQ, including supply, payments, and related records.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates of scheme-related circulation data.
5). Reporting & Data Analysis
- Share print order (PO) comparison data with respective zones for review and planning.
- Prepare and circulate monthly implementation reports to respective Zonal Heads.
- Support management with accurate circulation data and MIS as required.
