About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Specialist to join our team at Mafatlal Industries Ltd., one of India's leading textile manufacturers with a legacy of over 100 years. The role involves managing data, generating reports, and supporting business decisions through accurate analysis and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Create and update sales reports, payment tracking, and performance dashboards.
• Analyze large datasets and provide insights for decision-making.
• Develop and automate reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Mapro.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong command over Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Mapro for report automation.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in MIS/reporting.
