Management Information System Analyst

Role: MIS Analyst

Role Overview

The MIS Analyst will support the CRM team by managing vendor financials, MIS reporting,

and operational cost coordination across multiple CRM channels. This role requires strong

attention to detail, cross-functional coordination, and comfort working with financial

systems.

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage financial coordination with CRM vendors, including:

o PO creation, tracking, and closure

o Invoice validation, processing, and reconciliation

o Payment follow-ups and vendor coordination

2.Act as a single point of contact between:

o CRM business teams

o Finance teams

o External CRM vendors and partners

3. Maintain and update MIS reports related to:

o Vendor spends

o Campaign costs

o Budget vs actuals tracking

4.Work on PB ERP and Oracle for:

o Cost provisioning

o Invoice management

o Financial tracking and reporting

5.Ensure timely and accurate documentation for audits, approvals, and internal

reviews.

6.Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements for the leadership team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of experience in MIS, finance operations, vendor management, or similar

roles

Working knowledge of ERP systems (PB ERP, Oracle preferred)

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

Good understanding of PO, invoicing, and payment workflows

Good communication skills for stakeholder and vendor coordination

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
