About the Role
We are looking for an MIS Analyst who will be responsible for managing data, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making through accurate analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of operational and business data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Generate insights and performance summaries for internal teams and leadership.
- Ensure accuracy of data across systems and reports.
- Automate reports and improve efficiency wherever possible.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working in MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis roles.
- Strong MS Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
- Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets.
- Ability to create structured, clear, and visually effective reports.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
Good to Have (Optional)
- Basic knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Tableau.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
