Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to support our Research Analyst team by managing email campaigns, validating research data, and delivering accurate MIS and performance reports. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, transparency, timely escalations, and smooth coordination between Research, Business Development, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage email campaigns for Research Analysts.
- Track and analyze email performance metrics: sent, delivered, open rates, replies, bounces, and follow-ups.
- Validate and audit data sheets submitted by Research Analysts for accuracy and completeness.
- Share daily production metrics with individual team members.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track positive responses and qualified leads and escalate immediately to the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Manage and monitor follow-up email campaigns and their effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent use of approved email templates.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, transparency, and process compliance.
- Coordinate with Research Analysts, BDMs, and Operations teams for seamless workflow.
- Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (filters, formulas, basic pivot tables preferred).
- Understanding of email campaigns and response tracking.
- Ability to work independently in a night-shift, onsite environment.
- Good communication and escalation skills.
