Management Fellow

The selected candidate will be offered one year Fellowship at Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai with a stipend of Rs. 20,000/-

Responsibilities:

Through this fellowship program the candidate will learn to:

• Develop appropriate strategies for increasing patient volumes
• Design efficient workflows for core clinical processes
• Promote patient-centered care
• Apply evidence-based decision-making
• Implement systems for total quality management
• Demonstrate inter-personal skills necessary to be an effective manager

Qualifications

MBA (Hospital Administration), MPH, MSW, with a minimum of two years of working experience in hospitals or in NGOs
