Job Title: Mall Marketing - (Head / General Manager / Manager)

Department: Mall Marketing

Location: Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi - (Raj Nagar Extension)

Reporting To: Senior Management / Business Head

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in mall marketing or large-format retail marketing
  • Mandatory experience inMall Marketing / Retail Marketing / Commercial Real Estate Marketing
  • Proven experience in driving footfall, managing events, and handling tenant marketing initiatives

Job Overview:

The Mall Marketing Head will lead the strategic planning and execution of all marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives to drive mall footfall, enhance brand positioning, and support tenant success. This leadership role is responsible for creating high-impact campaigns across digital, print, radio, outdoor, and on-ground platforms while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Success in this role will be measured by sustained growth in customer traffic, improved tenant sales performance, stronger tenant relationships, and the establishment of a premier lifestyle, retail, and entertainment destination in the Delhi-NCR region.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Strategic Marketing & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to increase footfall, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the malls brand identity and positioning.
  • Continuously innovate marketing approaches based on consumer behavior and retail trends.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, print, radio, outdoor, and in-mall platforms.
  • Oversee the conceptualization and execution of mall events, festivals, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.
  • Enhance customer experience and dwell time through engaging on-ground activities.

Tenant & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with leasing and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial and occupancy goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to drive joint promotions and store-level sales.
  • Support anchor brands and new tenants with customized marketing plans.

Digital & Media Management

  • Supervise the malls digital presence, including social media platforms, website, and content strategy.
  • Ensure consistent, engaging, and performance-driven digital communication.
  • Manage media planning, buying, and partnerships for maximum reach and ROI.

Performance Tracking & Budget Management

  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, footfall data, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare, manage, and optimize the annual marketing budget with strong ROI focus.
  • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, event partners, media houses, and vendors.
  • Ensure timely execution, quality output, and cost efficiency across all marketing initiatives.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the mall marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and result-oriented execution.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification

  • PGDM / MBA (Marketing preferred)

Professional Background

  • Mandatory experience in Mall Marketing / Retail Marketing / Commercial Real Estate Marketing

Experience

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in mall marketing or large-format retail marketing
  • Proven experience in driving footfall, managing events, and handling tenant marketing initiatives
