Job Summary

• Nurse administer prescribed medications and medicine.
• Handle emergencies / First Aid to injury.
• Need to Maintain & update the medical records of all the employees & trainees
• Need to co-ordinate and organize medical camp at periodical intervals.
• Need to check pre-employment medical report and ensure their fitness.
• Track and analyse the sickness trend, health records & share MIS to HR department
• Monitor the high-risk patients health record periodically
• Organise external awareness health sessions periodically
• Conduct periodical awareness session to the stakeholders
• Emergency Management Procedures development for all possible areas.
• Medicine Stocks Maintenance & Re-ordering / PV of stocks tally
• In addition to the above, need to assist the Time office activities - track employee attendance, maintenance of data base of employee, update transactional memo
