What You'll Do
- Conduct individual therapy sessions in Malayalam and English
- Perform intake and psychological assessments
- Develop and maintain tailored treatment plans
- Maintain clear and ethical clinical documentation
- Collaborate with fellow psychologists and support staff
- Contribute to workshops, wellness initiatives, and psychoeducational content
What We're Looking For
- Both Clinical Psychologists and Counseling Psychologists are welcome to apply
- For Clinical Psychologists: Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology with MPhil in Clinical Psychology (mandatory)
- For Counseling Psychologists: Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology (mandatory)
- 35 years of experience in therapy and psychological assessments
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written) is essential
- Strong clinical judgment with a compassionate, ethical, and client centered approach
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team based environment
- Comfortable appearing in videos or contributing to psychoeducational content when required
- Only candidates with final degree certificates are eligible to apply
