- Drive hands on maker experiences by enabling rapid prototyping, experimentation, and creative use of hardware, software, and emerging technologies.
- Design and deliver engaging innovation programs, workshops, hackathons, and maker journeys that inspire learning, collaboration, and problem solving.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business challenges into maker led solutions, facilitating co creation and connecting prototypes to business value.
- Evangelize maker culture through storytelling, demos, showcases, and community building to strengthen engagement across internal teams and external ecosystems. Technical Knowledge
- Hands-on experience in 3D printing and rapid prototyping
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
- Understanding of materials, tolerances, and basic mechanical design
- Experience working in a maker space or innovation lab environment
- Operate and maintain 3D printing and maker lab equipment; ensure safety, SOPs, and uptime
- Support rapid prototyping including CAD readiness, slicing, printing, and post-processing
- Advise on design-for-additive manufacturing, materials, and feasibility
- Deliver client demos, walkthroughs, and hands-on prototyping sessions
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and innovation challenges
- Support pre-sales and innovation engagements through PoCs and tangible showcases
- Enable internal maker communities, events, and capability-building programs

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
