Role Description

We are seeking an After Sales Engineer to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolutions to technical queries, maintaining and repairing 3D printers, and facilitating smooth communication with clients. You will also actively contribute to post-sale support and help maintain lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.

Required Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics).

·      6–24 months of experience in technical support, customer service engineering, or machine maintenance (3D printing is a bonus, not a blocker).

·      Strong hardware mindset — ability to troubleshoot motors, sensors, heaters, motion systems, or embedded electronics.

·      Good software awareness — comfort reading logs, firmware settings, config files, or hardware software consoles.

·      Optional (good to have): basic Linux CLI, or scripting exposure (Python/C/C++), or working with embedded systems like Arduino/ESP32.

·      Strong debugging instincts and customer communication skills.

·      Willingness to travel for machine installs and service when needed.
