We are hiring for Major Incident Management!!

Experience: 6-10 years

Location: Chennai / Kolkata

Required Technical Skillset:

- Lead end-to-end management of High Severity (P1/P0) incidents to minimize business impact and meet committed SLAs.

- Act as the Incident Commander, coordinating efforts across technical towers Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Database, and Security.

- Drive the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process, ensuring accurate documentation, preventive actions, and closure within agreed timelines.

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve incident response efficiency, reduce MTTR, and enhance process maturity.

- Publish regular reports on major incident trends, RCA closures, and KPI performance. Participate in governance reviews and audits.

- Partner with Service Delivery Managers, Problem Management, and Change Management teams to strengthen service stability and resilience.

TCS Eligibility Criteria:

  • BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.
