Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician, located in Nagpur/Indore & RO Technician also required in Nagpur, The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, performing preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and working closely with the team to support seamless production processes. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and ensuring minimal equipment downtime to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and a commitment to implementing them
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role within the food production or manufacturing industry is an advantage
