Maintenance Technician

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certifications in relevant technical fields are a plus.
