Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician, located in Bengaluru. The Maintenance Technician will be tasked with performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role is critical to maintaining smooth operations within the workplace.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of issues
- Experience performing Maintenance & Repair and conducting Preventive Maintenance
- Knowledge of safety standards and adherence to compliance protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Prior experience in industrial or food service equipment maintenance is a plus
- Technical diploma or equivalent certification in a relevant field is preferred
