Maintenance Technician at 5 star luxury hotel, Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Carry out routine checks on electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment to ensure zero downtime.
- Rapid Response: Address guest room maintenance requests promptly to ensure a seamless Luxury Collection experience.
- System Monitoring: Operate and maintain heavy machinery including chillers, boilers, and DG sets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols and ITCs sustainability initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning/Refrigeration.
- Experience: 1 years of experience in a luxury hotel, premium commercial complex, or facility management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical circuits, HVAC systems, or plumbing networks.
- Attributes: A proactive can-do attitude, physical stamina, and the ability to work in shifts.
