Position: Maintenance Engineering Specialist
Experience: 10+ years experience in Downstream Oil & Gas maintenance.
About the Role:
Aramco is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join the Maintenance Solution Department (MSD) under Global Manufacturing Excellence. This role provides high-impact maintenance engineering support across world-scale manufacturing facilities, driving reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- 10+ years experience in downstream Oil & Gas maintenance.
- You will be able to demonstrate high degree of technical competence in the area of maintenance programs and practices.
- You will have experience with risk-based processes such as Reliability-Centered Maintenance & Risk Based Maintenance
- You will have experience with Total Productive Maintenance
- You must have strong hands-on experience with Spare Parts and Materials procurement strategies
- You will have Best-in-class Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Work Prioritization experience
- You must have strong Experience with Maintenance budgeting and spending control methodologies.
- You will have Experience in field maintenance methodologies, processes, and procedures.
- You will be able to demonstrate experience with CMMS such as SAP
