Qualification : B.Tech/B.E.- Electrical with 3 yrs of experience and willing to work in night shift as and when required.

Job Location : Vadodara

Job Responsibility:

Professional responsible for assisting senior engineers in planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining projects. They act as a bridge between supervisors and technicians/workers, ensuring smooth execution of technical tasks.

1-Technical Support:

Assist in preparing designs, drawings, and specifications.

Perform site inspections, testing, and measurements.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and safety regulations.

2-Project Execution:

Supervise day-to-day activities at site/plant/factory.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers.

Monitor progress, quality, and resource utilization.

3-Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and records.

Assist in preparing bills of quantity (BOQ), estimates, and cost tracking.

Support in preparing technical reports and presentations.

4-Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Identify technical issues and report them to senior engineers.

Suggest improvements for efficiency and safety.

5-Team Coordination:

Work under the guidance of senior engineers or project managers.

Coordinate between different departments (design, purchase, site).

Communicate technical requirements to skilled workers.

6-Learning & Development:

Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and standards.

Attend training sessions and workshops.

Gain hands-on experience for career growth toward senior engineer roles.
