Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- Certification in TPM, Lean, Automation Systems, or Maintenance Management is a plus.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of solar module manufacturing machinery & automated systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronics engineering principles.
- Expertise in handling high-precision, automated production lines.
- Excellent troubleshooting, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple production lines.
Preferred Skills
- 18 Years of experience in Maintenance within a Solar Module or similar high-speed automated manufacturing plant.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end maintenance operations, team leadership, and process improvement.
